Climbing and escalade : these activities take place in the over 100 routes of the specially arranged perimetres from Sohodol Valley - Runcu, Oltet Valley - Polovragi and Galbenul Valley - Baia de Fier. The routes have a proper arrangement, different lenghts and difficulty degrees , which allows all categories of users to be satisfied. Instructors/partners are provided as well as all the necessary equipment (climbing shoes - La Sportiva, harnesses & ropes - Beal, helmets - Petzl, carabiners - Camp, etc). Minimum age: 6 years.
Rafting : the Jiu Gorges between Livezeni and Bumbesti-Jiu is definitely the part where this activity can be practiced under the best conditions in the country. The easy and imediate acces by car, the lenght of the aquatic route of over 40 km, the waterfalls, jumps, meanders, the high speed of the water, all these are best conditions to insure an attractive activity. The descend is made by rubber boats of 6 people out of which one is always an instructor. Regular route: lenght 22 km, altitude difference 230 m, approx. 2,5 - 4 hours, 5 + 1 persons boat, 1- 3 boats by series, two series a day . Large route: lenght 31 km, altitude difference 255 m, approx. 3 - 5 hours, 5 + 1 persons boat, 1 - 3 boats by series, two series a day.
Diving : the divings take place in lakes from the mountain and sub-mountain area of Gorj County , at depths reaching 40 m. The activity is ideal for initiation. Instructors are provided as well as all the necessary diving equipment (neoprene 7 mm - Soprassub, detender - Genius 2 steps, compensation vest - Soprassub, etc).
Mountainbiking is practiced both climbing and descending mountain routes made on forest roads or alpine meddows.This activity can be also practiced complementary with other activities, for example : when returning from caves or waterfalls.The group of bikers is followed by a trailer in case one or more participants wish to end their journey by bike and continue it by car. Mountainbikes, helmets, communication devices, etc. are provided. Maximum number of participants/serie : 15
4 WHEEL DRIVE : This activity can be practiced during the transportation to and from the place where other activities take place (waterfalls, canyons, climbing) and we provide the 4x4 vehicles; it can also be done as an independent activity on routes of different difficulty when the participants use their own cars.
Photo hunting : The program offers you a great opportunity to watch and photograph in an exeptional natural environment different species of animals, birds or reptiles. The black goat, the deer, the bear, the wild boar, the wild cat, the eagle, the viper, and many others can catch the eye of your camera.

Caves spelaeology : The activities take place in caves with different degrees of accesibility, very rich in calk formations and very well preserved. Location : the spelaeology perimetres of Galbenul/Oltet, Sohodol Valley/Balta, Pades. A guide/instructor is provided as well as all the necessary equipment (overalls, helmets + electric eclerage and acetylene Petzl/Ariane, harnesses & ropes Beal, climbing/descending gear - Petzl, etc). 
Mountain hiking : these activities take place in the mountain and sub-mountain area of the mountains Parang, Valcan, Mehedinti and Godeanu where there are approximately 30 routes for hiking, all properly marked and amenajate.
